Hello Quilters,
It’s that time of year again! Hoping you all had a great summer! Please see the
attached registration form to sign up for the 2025 Brownstone Quilt Retreat. It’s a
great weekend to spend with fellow quilters – lots of food, fun, games, and laughs!
And... we actually get a lot of quilting done too!
For those of you who have not yet attended a Brownstone retreat at the beautiful
Shawnee Inn, the package retreat dates for this year’s retreat are Friday through
Sunday, February 28, March 1st and 2nd, 2024. The Brownstone Retreat Package
detailed in the registration form is for those three nights and for the meals listed.
However, many of the retreaters add on a night or two before (Wednesday 2/26 and/or
Thursday 2/27) to take advantage of more sewing and fun.
Here’s some information about reserving extra nights before the retreat. The Waring Room (where
we sew) is available beginning Wednesday at 8 AM, so you may want to consider adding a few extra
nights to get some more quilting time!
You may call Shawnee at any time and make your reservation for Wednesday and/or Thursday night.
Wednesday and Thursday nights are NOT part of the “Brownstone Retreat Package” so you’re on your own for all meals, but there are many options for food in the area.
The retreat “package” officially starts with Wine and Cheese event on Friday at 7:00pm.

The rates for Wednesday, February 26 and Thursday, February 27 are $123 per room per night. If two people share a room, they can split the cost. Breakfast is not included.
